Small packet grated cheese
1.) Cut corn into halves or thirds and place on baking tray.
2.) Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
3.) Bake for 35-40 minutes, covering with foil if paprika starts to burn.
4,) Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese and squeeze with lime juice, then allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
