Baked ORzo, Cabbage + Mushrooms
Ingredients:

500g orzo pasta

250g cavalo nero or savoy cabbage

Small bag mushrooms

625ml cream
-
Parsley from garden

250g smoked cheese
-
Bread crumbs
Method:
1.) Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2.) Boil water and cook pasta, then drain and drizzle with a little olive oil to stop it sticking.
3.) Cut cabbage into 8cm lengths and add to boiling water for 4 minutes, then drain and plunge into cold water.
4,) Slice mushrooms into thin slices and roughly chop parsley.
5.) Grate cheese.
6.) In a large bowl, mix parsley, cream, mushrooms, cabbage and grated cheese and pasta until combined.
7.) In a large baking dish, pour in mixture, then top with bread crumbs and bake for 20-25 minutes.
